1. Our promise
Scholaris is a research tool — we want you to find it genuinely useful. If you don't, we'll make it right.
2. Subscription refunds
- 7-day money-back guarantee — Cancel within 7 days of your first purchase of any subscription (Basic, Premium or Professional) for a full refund, no questions asked, provided you have used fewer than 25 chat messages on that subscription.
- After 7 days, paid subscription cycles are non-refundable but you can cancel future renewals at any time.
- Cancelling does not delete your account or your chat history; you simply revert to the free tier when the paid cycle ends.
3. Credit pack refunds
- Unused credit packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided fewer than 10 of the 100 credits have been consumed.
- Once more than 10% of the credits in a pack have been used, the pack is non-refundable.
- Credit packs never expire, so you don't lose them if you don't use them right away.
4. Service outages
If Scholaris is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault, you can request a pro-rated refund of any active subscription cycle.
5. How to request a refund
- Email
info@accelevoedutech.comfrom the address registered on your account. - Include your order ID (found under Profile → Billing history).
- Briefly tell us the reason — this helps us improve the product.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued back to the original Razorpay payment method within 5–7 business days. International cards may take an additional 3–5 days to reflect on your statement.
7. Disputes
If you believe a refund decision was incorrect, escalate to info@accelevoedutech.cominfo@accelevoedutech.com. Disputes are resolved under the governing law in our Terms & Conditions.
